Terms of use
These terms cover www.percia.ai and the Percia research preview at playground.percia.ai, operated by Velvee, Inc. (“Percia,” “we,” “us”). By using them you agree to these terms.
Research preview
The preview is pre-release software. It can change, break or be withdrawn without notice, and it comes without any uptime or accuracy promise. Don't rely on it for safety, security or any decision where a missed or false alert could cause harm.
Your video and your right to use it
Only connect cameras and footage you own or are allowed to monitor, and follow the laws on recording people where the camera is. Use a view-only login for any camera. You keep your rights in your video; you give us permission to process it to run your watches.
What you may not do
- Watch people without their knowledge where the law requires notice or consent.
- Point Percia at systems or addresses you don't have permission to use, or try to reach private networks through it.
- Probe, overload or bypass the limits and bot checks of the service.
Email and the waitlist
If you give us your email for a watch, we use it to send that watch's manage link and alerts. If you join the waitlist, we use it to tell you when the preview opens. We don't sell it. To be removed, ask the Percia team.
No warranty, limited liability
The preview is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Percia isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
